Dark chocolate at 65 percent cocoa flavoured with natural oil cold pressed from ripe orange peel. Only a trace is needed, so the result is zesty rather than sweet, and the ingredient list stays down to cacao, sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla and orange. Vegan and free from soya lecithin. Chocolate and Love is a family run Scottish brand that has been making organic Fairtrade bars since 2010, produced in Switzerland. Cacao is bought directly from Fairtrade certified cooperatives in South America and Madagascar. The bars are vegan, certified kosher, and wrapped in FSC certified card with compostable inner foil.
