A creamed coconut centre with ground freeze dried raspberry running through it, wrapped in a 60 percent chocolate shell of unroasted Ecuadorian cacao. Sharp fruit against coconut sweetness, with no dairy and no refined sugar. Coconut sugar does the sweetening. Vegan, gluten free and a source of manganese. Ombar is made in Cambridge by Mood Foods, a small team that has been working with unroasted cacao since 2007. Coconut and coconut sugar come from smallholders in the Philippines and the raspberries are organic and freeze dried. The whole range is organic, vegan and free from refined sugar.
