Ombar's answer to milk chocolate, made without any dairy. Creamed coconut at around a fifth of the bar does the work, coconut sugar brings a caramel note, and the cacao sits at 55 percent. Vegan, gluten free and free from refined sugar. The easiest bar in the range. Ombar is made in Cambridge by a small team that has been working with unroasted Ecuadorian cacao since 2007. Refined sugar, dairy and palm oil are all left out, and the coconut comes from smallholder producers in the Philippines. Certified organic, vegan and Fair Trade verified.
